In the bustling city of Brighton, digital marketers from across the globe convened for the much-anticipated BrightonSEO conference in September 2023. Known for its vibrant atmosphere and cutting-edge insights, BrightonSEO is a must-attend for professionals eager to stay ahead of the curve. As a digital marketer, I knew I couldn’t miss this opportunity to delve into the latest trends and innovations.

Key Highlights

Kicking off the conference

My conference experience started with an electrifying first talk by Chris Spann, who delved into technical SEO strategies when dealing with multiple large sites and discussed its pivotal role in shaping your SEO approach. His insights on building a technical SEO strategy for several large websites were eye-opening and set the tone for the rest of the conference.

Panel Discussions & Sessions

BrightonSEO 2023 was a treasure trove of knowledge, with panels and sessions spanning various domains. These included SEO trends, the current changes in the search landscape and what the future holds regarding AI and generative search.

Networking & Interaction

The event was a networking haven. I had the opportunity to connect with experts like Geine Jones from InLinks and Louise from Mexa Solutions and engage in enriching conversations about entity SEO. The exhibitors, including InLinks, showcased groundbreaking tools and services that could further enhance current SEO strategies for our clients.

Key Takeaways

BrightonSEO 2023 was a whirlwind of learning and inspiration:

Learning Points: My top learnings include working on my SEO strategy, using AI to speed delivery, and generating content at scale without sacrificing quality.

Industry Predictions: The conference also presented forward-looking statements predicting the impact of generative AI on search and tools outside of search, such as ChatGPT.

Conclusion

As always, attending BrightonSEO 2023 was an enriching experience that broadened my understanding of the dynamic digital marketing landscape. I highly recommend digital marketing professionals to mark their calendars for future BrightonSEO events.
