Capsule Marketing were our chosen providers to deliver a campaign promoting innovation hubs in our region using the Norfolk & Suffolk Unlimited brand. They beat stiff competition to win the tender impressing us with their creative thinking, robust processes, evidence of previous fantastic work and, more importantly, the emphasis they placed on working with us as a client, getting to know our needs and maintaining regular communications and updates on progress. We were not disappointed.
This was a complex campaign managed by our Inward Investment and Innovation teams, involving the creation of 10 written articles and videos delivered through an engaging digital campaign to targeted audiences. The brief required the Capsule team to get to grips with understanding our offer across several different sectors and promoting the innovation hubs that operate within and across them. Capsule worked hard to research these sectors and work closely with our team to ensure that the content was accurate and engaging. The Capsule team were a joy to work with and produced a very successful campaign that met the brief provided, namely delivering highly professional and engaging written and video content communicated through our social media channels to audiences that were identified and tweaked throughout the campaign. The team tweaked the targeting as the data came through to ensure that we optimised the reach and output for the campaign.
We had weekly meetings and Capsule produced insightful reports and were extremely flexible in their approach, ensuring that our voice was heard and needs were met at every stage of the project. The video work produced was extremely professional and maintained the agreed theme of 'Clarity' through each separate piece of content, also maintaining the Norfolk and Suffolk Unlimited brand whilst promoting the various hub brands.
Relationship management was extremely important as the Capsule Team were required to engage with a wide range of our stakeholders, something that they managed extremely effectively. It should also be noted that Capsule take their environmental impact very seriously and we were impressed to see that this was taken into consideration in their planning, employing a range of actions to mitigate their carbon footprint including the use of electric vehicles.
