Salary: £20,000-£24,000 

Job Purpose

This role is to work with the Digital team in the day-to-day management and delivery for clients, with a focus on identifying revenue growth opportunities for the agency and for clients. To achieve this, it will be essential that the candidate can show potential to grow knowledge and understanding as well as execution of services provided at Capsule, including but not limited to: PPC, SEO, paid social campaigns, content creation, project and account management for a portfolio of clients.

Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities

  • Manage day-to-day client enquiries and requests, and work with the team to deliver on client work.
  • Provide regular updates on performance metrics and market-related insights to the internal team and clients.
  • Keep up to date with market and technology-related developments.
  • Create reports and present them to clients at monthly meetings, engaging with them to drive and optimise opportunities in performance
  • Provide input on proposals for future projects with support from the wider team
  • Work with Capsule’s designers and web development teams to create strong, engaging campaign assets and content.
  • Create content that supports campaigns and delivers high performance.
  • In collaboration with other Digital Marketing Executives, set up and manage all client and Capsule social ads (including LinkedIn, Facebook and Instagram) and provide ongoing optimisation of performance.  Work with Capsule’s social media campaign specialists to develop recommendations and deliver results for clients.
  • Manage and monitor all client ad spends to ensure they are delivered to agreed budgets.
  • Monitor SEO performance, action any SEO work required and work with Capsule’s SEO specialist to develop recommendations and deliver results for clients.
  • Monitor Google Ads performance and work with Capsule’s PPC specialist to develop recommendations and deliver results for clients.
  • Be proactive and deliver new ideas for our clients in line with their business objectives.
  • Assist the team in research, analysis and development of campaigns, projects and programmes for new and existing clients.
  • Deliver all work to agreed business requirements and delivery deadlines. 
  • Ensure the highest standards of quality and accuracy in all work delivered.

  • Knowledge of and interest in:
    • SEO
    • Organic / Paid Social
    • Google Ads PPC
    • Content brief creation and copywriting
    • Email marketing
    • GA4 and analytic tracking and reporting
