Since March 2023, Capsule has worked closely with the internal marketing team to develop and run digital marketing campaigns based on their organisational strategy. Initially, we ran a campaign over Easter 2023, to increase the number of sign-ups to the ‘Initial Teacher Training programme’. Due to the performance and turnaround required, we utilised paid search to drive traffic to their website where users could then learn more and get support to take the first steps to becoming a teacher. We also ran a paid social campaign to help improve brand awareness as a training provider.
After a successful initial campaign, Capsule has continued to work with NIoT on a range of initiatives including expanding recruitment for other programmes such as the Early Career Framework and their host of NPQ programmes.
Now, we run campaigns working across multiple social channels as well as search engine optimisation for the main NIoT website. We have also provided additional support with the entire user journey, helping to develop landing pages that increase conversions, and removing areas of friction such as complicated forms and processes.
