These unique selling points (USPs) provided Capsule with a strong foundation when we began our work with them. Zaptec approached Capsule seeking an agency with proven expertise in B2B marketing strategies – an area in which we specialise in.
At the time they partnered with Capsule, their objective was to broaden their UK presence and cultivate stronger relationships with potential B2B clients and installer networks. Upon initial discussions, Zaptec highlighted a key challenge of managing multiple audience segments and ensuring all advertising was reaching their target market. Their niche audience and complex sales cycle underscored the critical need for a well-defined strategy. Our initial efforts focused on honing the targeting of our advertising with in-depth keyword and audience research. We then worked to get campaigns live, also developing dedicated landing pages for each audience segment. Following this, we implemented site-wide retargeting campaigns across paid social media and display channels, alongside SEO and PPC aimed at improving paid and organic search performance and increasing website traffic from Zaptec’s target audience. Building on this foundation, we incorporated geotargeting into the strategy, deploying ‘firework’ campaigns on LinkedIn, a business-focused platform, to attract relevant audiences during key events.
